Cody is on my perm banned account, meaning it may be released in the next name release batch. Name releases happen every 4-6 years and the last release was in 2014 so it's expected there may be one in 2018-2020.
In regards to Purple, the last time I spoke to him he was highly certain that he didn't want to sell it but I can try to contact him if you'd like

Definitely not a female lol. It's the zerker acc of the person who owns "female". A girl hacked Dark a couple weeks ago and transferred the name but jmods helped the owner to get it back. And I believe the name is still in his possession since then.
