A third opinion would most likely be the same, but go for it buddy. You can also check How To Tell if your Name is Rare or Not + Name Market Tips/FAQ where you will find out that both plural and uncommon words in other languages are pretty much always worthless.

Plural but since it's the name of a location /ring in-game could maybe get 15-25m 07 for it. Think this would be around 100-150m rs3? Not sure on rates

Seers - 0-10m 07 (Reason: plural, "seer" is a very uncommon word, Seers Ring / Seers Village aren't iconic. Unless it has an important meaning in RS3 that I don't know of I can't see this being over 10m 07)

Harder to determine names. Marie is a somewhat common name, so I would say 400M rs3 (just use current exchange rates to get 07 gp, not sure what current is).

Names are obviously worth more if the person buying it has that name and are worth very close to nothing if they don't have that name.
