Nada for both. Realistically if you're lucky maybe you could get 10-15m rs3 each but it might as well be worthless. The bond(s) alone to swap it make it a money sink.

150m rs3+. It's two characters, not two letters. And the 6 hour log doesn't exist anymore, it's 23 hours.

Edit: RS3 log is 23 hours, 07 is 6 hours. It still doesn't add any value in my opinion though.
