N4n0 i have spoken with trin several times on ts. We've agreed to be civil and have actually held conversations on a few different topics. Ive asked her to get together when we both have time and actually go over everything that we've had issues with. Though we havent actually had a chance to do this i do believe ive made progress. Id also like to point out that you and me have had interaction and talked about military issues etc. ( i used diff name) Id also like to point out that you havent been active in ts whenever ive been there. Not to mention trin told me personally shes been helping you test for some sort of exams and that you havent had much time for sythe lately. I appreciate you calling me a liar and not taking the time to actually get your facts straight. Ive been in and out of ts a number of times actually saying hey to trin and joining in on whatever topics being discussed. Trin went as far as to offer me a key to join the new beta version elder scrolls mmo. I never said we hashed everything out but we have found common ground in laughing at pyscho when trin bans him. This all could have been avoided on both sides. We were both wrong in several different instances but im the only 1 paying the price. If you think sythe is better off without me then so be it.

 

You claim to have hashed out the issues, which has not happened. All that has happened is a mutual agreement to be civil with one another. Those are not the same thing by any means.

And in terms of me not being in the TS due to my IRL commitments, that doesn't deter from that fact that I still know what's going on. I still speak with Ziggily, Trin, Josh, and several others on the server who keep me up to date on the ongoings within the server.

If trin has anything she'd like to talk to me about lets do it tonight. I have 0 issues with her and feel in a way that we've moved on past the issue with time itself. Its more then just a civil agreement i wouldnt go outta my way to say hey and, ask about whats goin on if i just wanted to be civil. Ban Reason- Well I was originally banned for a week, only for it to be made into a perm ban. I was given multiple different reasons for my perm ban but, finally staff decided on Releasing personal Information pertaining to Trin.

According to sythe rules I only supposed to receive a 1 month ban.

The information i leaked was actually sent to n4n0 originally in a pm about a month prior. I had seen a message containing information about trin posted on a skype chat. I decided that it was best to let n4n0 know what new information was about before being flooded in spam forum. I told him i had no idea who actually posted the information and, that i only wanted to let him know about it. I was then threatened by n4n0 with a perm ban unless i gave up who posted it. I told him i had no idea and was only trying to do the right thing. He made it known he thought i knew more and was only protecting "my friends". Instead of saying thank you.....The private pm was then was leaked to trin by roary and n4n0. Theyve made it clear that their allowed to leak the information to her as long as it has something to do with her. Later that same night i joined a tc session and trin exploded at me. Afterwards She confirmed what i sent n4n0 to be true but there was more to the story. The information in question is actually public knowledge according to the United States government. However sythe rules apparently supersede those of my current government.

Im not here to dispute what happened and who said what. I just want a fair ban process which states i should only receive a 1 month ban for my actions. I could sit here n argue that its public knowledge blah blah but i know itl go no where. N4n0 your allowing your personal grudge against me to dictate your administrative abilities. Ive had personal conversations with you and trin and theyve gone nowhere. I expressed that i was sorry and wanted to move on only for you guys to troll and except zero responsibility yourselves.

I dont understand how you can pick fights, talk shit and, ask to be trolled only to flip out when it actually happens.

Oh and roary most of my bans have come from the trin/n4n0 situation. Which has caused atleast 20+ people to be banned. Maybe its not just every1 else who has the issues?

 

What's going to be done about this?

 

Ive talked to both Trin and N4n0 and its been made clear that they dont want me back.They both believe my ban should be perm even though sythe rules stipulate that it should be a 1 month ban. My ban reason was for releasing personal info. I never said her name or anything along those lines. I posted what's considered public information in the United States. Its gg as long as n4n0 is admin ill never be allowed back. Appreciate someone finally posting its only been what 2 weeks? LoL says alot about whats really going on. Zero mods gave any insight on what they believe should be done. IMO this is no different then when Finn ran this site. I love sythe and its community but i did this to myself. I got caught up in the spam forum shit, I didnt realize i would be perm'd for posting that. At least we know who really got their panties in a bunch in the end. Dont try trolling a True Spam Forum Troll.


I just want it known that i never scammed and i was always loyal to sythe never joining another rs website. This was my online home for 3 years. Ive recently been made a ddyce host and ill be using playerswapDotcom from now on. Thanx for the memories and good times.

Hattez, I do not blame them for not wanting you to come back. The staff has made numerous attempts to explain the reason for your perm ban.

Above are a few links but not all the times you were explained why you were banned. Back when you first got banned you would vent to anyone who listen whether it be on teamspeak, skype, etc. However since others don’t know it. Let us make this clear the reason you were first banned for one month was because you leaked personal information. Afterwords, you continued to keep going with with the personal attacks. You acted like you were the victim of a power abusing administer. While, in fact you we the one doing the name calling.

The Zero Tolerance Spam Rules by Sythe(Richard) says

Therefore when you disrespected N4n0 it was open season to delete your account and assign it to usegroup 141. N4no, actually didn’t take this action he gave you a month ban however you still wouldn’t let it go. Therefore, when you were back you continue it with a very vile and hateful post on his feedback thread. At the point it became very evident you learn nothing from your ban. You were still attacking both N4no and Trin, and anyone who disagreed with you. Sythe staff agreed that you were better off never returning to the site, it’s not our job to tell you every day why you were banned.

As for the fact that your arguing it was public information in the United States. Some states actually approach cyberharrassment by including language addressing electronic communications in general harassment statutes, while others have created stand-alone cyberharassment statutes. Washington State under RCWs>Title 9>Chapter 9.61>Section 9.61.260 (Source) reads that (1) A person is guilty of cyberstalking if he or she, with intent to harass, intimidate, torment, or embarrass any other person, and under circumstances not constituting telephone harassment, makes an electronic communication to such other person or a third party:

(a) Using any lewd, lascivious, indecent, or obscene words, images, or language, or suggesting the commission of any lewd or lascivious act;

(b) Anonymously or repeatedly whether or not conversation occurs; or

(c) For purposes of this section, "electronic communication" means the transmission of information by wire, radio, optical cable, electromagnetic, or other similar means. "Electronic communication" includes, but is not limited to, electronic mail, internet-based communications, pager service, and electronic text messaging.

Other states have similar policy. (Source) So I am un apologetic to your excuse of “public information” because it wasn’t that it was cyber harassment of Sythe.org member’s and staff. Pretty sure N4n0 being around won’t affect you ever returning to Sythe.org because I’m pretty sure zero admins or global will support a return after your actions. I am honestly surprised you didn’t have your entire account deleted.

My reason has for posting this is so that we put this to rest. You will not be getting unbanned. Point blank. Ever. You are entitled to your opinions on Finn/N4n0 and the rest of us are entitled to ours. Lastly, I am glad you are coming to terms with your actions and mistakes. I do seriously hope you will stay scam free in the future . Hope you have a good life and learn from these events.
