Dear Sythe,
My name is Tom (aka: Rememberme57), I came here today to post my concluding high pardon appeal. I would like to extend my most sincere apologies to xMoneyMakerx and the Sythe community. xMoneyMakerx was the individual I wrongfully scammed on 7/10/11. In 4 days it will be the 1 year anniversary of my horrible action. I have felt horrible every day since it happened. The incident that had lead to my ban was the scamming of 15m Rsgp. I had made a post under the Runescape Market section saying that I was selling a Runescape Membership card for 15m Rsgp. I had made this post with intentions of redeeming myself for 15m that I was scammed out of earlier. I was so focused on my plan that I completely put aside all disregard for how it would affect you and myself. As the trade proceeded I took the 15m from you and logged off. From that point on the only thing I remember is seeing your post saying that I was a scammer. That's when I realized that I had made a mistake. With all of the time I spent on Sythe I promised myself that I wouldn't become a scammer and that I would attempt to stop them. Not only had I failed you but I failed myself. I went down to a level that I was and am still not proud of. After being banned I felt upset yet happy with the verdict because I got what I deserved. About 3 weeks after I was pretty much lost on Runescape without Sythe, I missed the community and wanted to put my best effort forward in making the Sythe community a better place. With having Rememberme57 banned I went ahead and broke the rules again. I created my second account Gotrareitems. I had the account for a few months and completed several successful trades within the community and made a few great friends. After talking to the members of the community I began to feel that I didn't deserve to be a part of it all. I had broken the rules twice and I was still able to conduct business and talk with these great people. I made a post on 1/26/12 about 6 months ago that I had been found guilty previously on another account for scamming. I could no longer spend time with people I didn't deserve to be with. I made a direct apology to xMoneyMakerx and stated that I was willing to do whatever it took to make it up to him. I would love to completely refund him and give him a direct apology. Yet again I had let the Sythe community down. I felt horrible for not belonging yet relieved that I manned up and admitted to it and I didn't have to live a lie anymore. I am asking today that you can see that I am truly interested in the Sythe community and that I would do anything to get back into it. As for xMoneyMakerx I am really sorry for what I did, I hope that you can see past my actions and possibly become friends from this disaster that I have created. If it is possible I would like to find you Runescape Name or a Msn even Skype so I could talk to you and refund you 100%. If by any chance I do make it back into the Sythe Community I would be 100% supportive of any restriction added to my account. Once again I am truthfully sorry and would greatly appreciate the chance to right the wrong. I appreciate any replies to this post.
