I’ve been a respectful member of Sythe since December 1st, 2007.

April 5th, 2009 I lost all dignity I had. It was also the same day I lost the
only reason I got on the internet, due to ignorant, child-immature actions.
I remember what happened that very day. K-3-v-i-n was getting his 1,000th post. Instead of posting in spam forum he decided to post it in general discussion. Now, at the time K-3-v-i-n and I were friends. After he posted the topic he sent me the thread link to his 1,000th post in general discussion. As a joke I posted a picture of a little boy with the words “Good job fag” in the thread. After I posted it he quoted a reply and say “Thanks bitch” and smiled. Jesse was the second person to view the thread which instead of posting a congratulations post he decided to ban me for flame although me and k-3-v-i-n where friends. Jesse banned me due to flame, *Let me note here that the ban was supposed to be an infraction, not a perm ban.* I made the dispute thread the instant I was able to. Instead of Jesse viewing it or having another mod or admin view it, he decided to delete the dispute. I’ve tried multiple times to make a dispute against my perm ban that was supposed to be an infraction. Once I realized there was no way I was getting unbanned and I had just, literately, lost the only reason I get on the internet I reacted due to the ban and misjudgment/mistreatment. The reaction I performed was childish, rude, hateful and embarrassing on my part. I decided to ban-evade and spam Jesse, knowing I was being permanently banned for something that should have been an infraction for drove me to do things I would never imagine doing nor acting like.

I’m making this thread due to a couple of reasons.

I remember a user named Deacon or Deaconn; I can not quite remember the exact user name, being banned for some reason. I also know after his permanent ban, he ban-evaded multiple times. A friend has informed me that his ban was voted upon and decided to be unbanned. I have recently turned my internet back on and I only ask that my ban is reconsidered for an unban such as his was.

I understand what I’ve done was wrong however I know I would have not reacted the way I did if I wasn’t wrongfully banned.
