My home made rocket

What kind of motor is going in it? I like rockets too.. Just sometimes its expensive and gets really boring when you don't have anything huge to launch... Have you ever seen those 12 foot ones that go 30,000ft?

I don't know what size motor is going in it i think its a D or something. But since its homemade. W/e

That looks awesome, if it is a success, maybe do it again but make it bigger with more fuel. My dad was thinking about getting a pre-made rocket but I don't think it will ever happen. Yes you do need a permit and it must be launched out of your airports radar scanning area other wise there could be a knock on your door and it won't be a friend.

My park is pretty big, and no winds today. Launch is in 1 hr 25 minutes.

These rockets are called. White Trash rockets. They are made only from materials avialble in the trash can.

I'm hopind for a 1000 + ft . flight from this one

Funny thing is i got no recovery system for it.. No parachute.. ill upload the pic of the little peices afterwards.

Really fun, never tried with one that sized, but firecracker wars are really fun!!!!! I almost burnt thie entire field, lol.

And xjaa, The fuel is in a diffirent tube, that fits with insulation into that. So it doesn't harm the rocket.
