My Dispute/Request for a Pardon

Hello Mod/Admins,
In 2013 I scammed someone for a SoulSplit account, not it wasn't as straight forward as me initially wanting to scam someone... I bought the account from someone and then a few days later I listed it for sale because I didn't really like SoulSplit (That's what I do, I invest in things before I even know if I want to do them lol) so a few days pass, and I find a buyer, I login to the account incase he wants any further proof and it was banned, because of the guy that sold it to me had left some account details in the images... No this made me so mad, and as I was very immature back then, I just wanted to get my money back on it as I felt I had been scammed in some way.. So i went forward with the deal and quickly edited my thread.

I know this was wrong, and the trade was for such a low amount of GP I really don't know what I was thinking.

But since then I have left school, and had 2 different jobs and in one currently, I can honestly say that leaving school and being in the 'real world' has had it's toll on me - I'm a lot more mature now, and i handle situations a hell of a lot better.

I come here today asking for a pardon, because as you can see from my ban history I really do like this site, for many reasons, I have had a few account here (admittedly some while banned) and every time a new account gets banned it really does hurt me, because I put effort into it, and I try to grab myself a fresh start and do good by this site, but always less than a week in I meet that ban hammer!

I am currently trying to reach the user I scammed, but as he is banned from this site now aswell, and it was over 2 years ago, it's proving a bit tricky because I don't even know if the skype he has tied to his forum account will even be active now but as you can see from the following two images, I am trying to contact him in hopes I can have him a refund on the matter, and actually apologize:

All I can ask for at this point is forgiveness, in the hopes that (even with a TWC if its needed) I can get a fresh start!

Is at the moment temp' banned, it was banned for ban evading (all because of this scam ^^^^^) but the ban is only temp, so I don't know if the Mod/Admin made a mistake there because the couple of evasion bans I've received in the past have all been perm. If it was meant to be temp, then I'm very happy about that and can't wait for it to end so i can come back to this site, and be a good 'citizen' !
