    r u aware

I'm on holiday currently but I'm getting into fitness more now, I just cut 10 kg's in 3.5 weeks which was mostly diet related, hardly any more exercise (I don't exercise a whole lot). I might make a progress log/thread thing at a later date too

    Are you still 5"10?

Aware as fuk brah. 10kgs in 3.5 weeks seems a bit too fast imo but I've no idea about your body composition so I can't really judge you on it. Yeah still 5'10", not much of a chance growing when you're 22 :D

Hmm, prolly around 75 if you compare it to any bodybuilder. Early 80s if you compare it to natty bodybuilders, haha

It wasn't planned, I hadn't really ventured into putting some dietary/lifestyle things into place for myself until now (had read about it a lot and what-not however). It was pretty fast but honestly had I exercised and not had a few cheat days such as xmas etc, it would have been a lot quicker too. Guttered on the manlet status, I'm 6"2, went from 96 - 86 kg. I wasn't even really fat, a slight gut but whatever. Gonna give this shit a go.

How do you come up with the numbers of reps per a set?

    Where do you even start?

What if I followed your daily routine which seeks 3 sets of 8-12 reps but on my 3rd set, i fail to even hit the "8"th rep?

BTW, I think you have to be rich to even eat good food, maintain 3k diet and good nutrition and whatnot.. i dont know but food is expensive when it comes to "good and nutritious kinds of food"... I rather just run every single day which would later benefit me in life ( apocalypse) and push myself through running (focus on endurance and stamina )rather than have a good body -.-

    My 8 Month Transformation [PICS]

Hey I've now had two major abdominal surgerys and have been gaining weight since then (about 185 and im 6'10) I got a decent amount of belly fat and my pecks are starting to "boob" out, there not man titties but I think you know what i mean. Naturally my family has a "viking" stature and I follow the same structure but due to the illness (i guess you can call it that not really an illness though) I'm more on the skinnier side toward my torso/arms, but my quads are big.

I'll be starting up the whole gym thing and getting back into taking whey and creatine in a out a month and was wondering what should i start out with to cut some of my chest/belly fat first. Is this mostly diet related?

You can start a lean bulk from there then. Will work out in your favor if you do it right :)

You usually force yourself to hit the reps and progressively push more weight on the exercises. You don't have to be rich to maintain a 3k diet. Can be done under a budget easily.

    And super str pots hehe

    Thanks :)

    Thank you :)

    Will change

You're 6'10"?! 185 seems too low for 6'10". If that's a typo and you're 6'1", you'll have it way easier when it comes to dieting lol. You sound like you're skinnyfat atm. Yes It is a diet related thing, you'll have to go on a lean bulk. Eat a high protein, moderate carb, moderate fat diet. As part of promoting my app, I'm giving out free meal plans till Monday so you could get one over here:

Sorry for being away for a while guys, been bulking hard and working on some stuff. Here's what i look like now at around 195 pounds. Been bulking hard these past 4 months, started at around 167 pounds at the end of my cut. These pictures were taken literally a few seconds apart from each other to show how much my gut can stick out now lol. My cut's gonna start in a month, can't wait to see how I'll look like at the end of it. Planning to stop cutting at around 180 pounds.

Ya know, I never really understood the hype behind "bulking and cutting". I mean I would never say alright this iteration of lifting for "x" amount of months I'm gonna bulk, then after x y and z I'm gonna lean out, and cut! I just just take a look at myself periodically and figure out what needs work and how I'm gonna get there from changing nutrition or how I'm going to lift.

Anyway you look pretty good man, keep it up.

EDIT: ^^ Traps are lookin' pretty sweet bro ^^
