Here is a little bit of concept art I whipped up, now I made the 3d model of the character and the whole User Interface from scratch, the only things I did not make in these pictures is:
1)The sword
2)The village picture.

I am a graduate of The Vancouver Film School, I took 3d Animation and Visual Arts there. So Sythe, if you need any modeling help I am the person to talk to.

Note: This is sort of a rough sketch, I didn't really spend that much time on all of this.

Its real, and they could actually put that much detail, but I also doubt they will, but hey its concept art.

It's not bad. I like the details. But like it has been said. I don't think there adding much detail into it.

 

Wow, very cool.

The HUD is a little too runescapey however. I think we could come up with a more innovative one.

Love the first person view. Should be able to toggle between first and third person, because I know i'd play third if I had the option.

Yes I apologize for making the UI a bit too much on the side of Runescape, but since thats the only MMORPG I have ever played that was the look and feel I was going for.

I will gladly add in any suggestions to the concept art especially the UI, if anyone makes a prototype in ms paint I could actually spend some time and make a nice one in photoshop.

It is very possible to create a game of this quality, fairly easy if it will be a client download, a little harder for an applet/browser.

Hmm what program did you use to model this? I use C4D and ZBrush to do my modelling. I am no expert, but I am fairly competent.

Is Zbrush compatible with Maya?

SWEET dude, but i think they wont add as much detail, but they probably can :X :S
