This is quite disgusting, and there should be no place for a user like this in the Sythe.org community. He has given out a user's personal information and apparently his Facebook as well (see Post 19.) The only time i've ever seen this even moderately acceptable or anyone granted leniency by staff has been in the event that the 'victim' was a scammer. However according to the thread, this user MuffinOnRs07 has done this because the user offered him an account that wasn't up to his own specifications. He then mocks the user and blames it on him, claiming it's his fault for not using a proxy with his skype!? If there wasn't people purposely being malicious such as MuffinOnRs07 there would be no need, and he shouldn't have to do such a thing on the off chance that someone may choose to be a dickhead because you offer the wrong type of RS account to them?

As you can tell from Muffin's posts and the flaming, this is obviously quite malicious. While not a similar situation, I believe Blade's post here applies quite nicely:
The malice was certainly present in Muffin's actions and posts.

I would like to point out that it also seems he owes a user as a result of selling an account that he wasn't the original owner of, which was later recovered, as per Sythe.org rules:

I believe what he has done falls under the blackhat activity rule as well but I thought i'd point out the extra cringeworthy reasoning behind it and way of doing it that shows what kind of person he is.

yeah, he should be held liable for the account thing. issuing a perm in this case, even though the disclosure of personal info ban is normally set at 1 month. he can pardon after he helps that guy get his account back.
