    It seems that all new, active moderators get a thread of approval: an opportunity for the suckups do do their job... if you will.

    Given that Tyro has done a great job since his promotion, I think it's essential to leave some encouraging feedback. While some people take on different personas on their way to modship, it's apparent that he has maintained his positive attributes.

    It was kind of a surprise to me that he got mod with such a recent join date, but it was definitely a good decision. He's been doing great, and I hope he keeps up the good work.
