Ofcourse, i didn't want to resort to this good old excuse of how things work on EVERY forum.

Other people had to repay victims that got scammed due to hackings, but since you're staff and friends with one of the administrators, you're above the rules.

Last post of mine as it's been posted over and over and practically higher staff will always defend eachother because they don't want to point out a flaw in their system, even though it's filled with them.

The victim did confirm Leanbean901's skype through PM and according to the rules, he should be refunded. Then there is the possibility that Leanbean901 did the scamming himself. This is unlikely but it should not be ruled out just yet. Stop trying to suck up bro. You're embarrassing yourself haha.

All humans have flaws, If Upper staff had proof that leanbean had scammed he would obviously be banned right now.

You dont know the sitaution in uperstaff also, but it stands to reason from past experiences if a moderator+ scams (or attempts to scam) they will be banned.

Also why do you think there is all this evidence that we do not know of in USL? We have seen it all. That's cool that his PayPal was reviewed but we already know he has access to multiple PayPals so there goes that.

Leanbean, you've shown your true colors on this thread. I know you're frustrated, but having no remorse about someone losing a lot of money when you were the puppet used is disgraceful.

I used to come up with scenarios when I was bored of self-impostering/fake hackings and how that would go. I still have the textpad saved from months ago, here is the outline I created.

Who is the person?
What could they gain from their position?
Do they have an alibi?
Are they friends with someone of high power?
What could be their defense?
What evidence could they leave behind?
What is their level of intelligence from 1-5?
Could they get away with it?

I would match these questions with the individual I felt meet the reuirements. Obviously I was bored out my fucking mind and typed out over 15 different scenarios for most questions and each usergroup. I won't give it out for obvious reasons, but it doesn't look too good for you.

I'm not saying you're your own hacker, but you sure do match the description.

I never said I don't feel bad that he lost money, but i'm not going to take the blame for something I haven't done. I've addressed the concerns and have given my side of each scenario. its always been a well known fact people will claim to be hacked, and go on scam sprees, and now requiring a pm and stating skype chats arn't proof, just make it easier for these guys.

You never had to say you didn't feel bad. It's been evident from the beginning. Honest made his scam report, you showed your Paypal to Roary. Case closed. You didn't send him a word of acknowledgement that he just lost $2K due to your Skype accounts "hacking." If this thread had never been made, that scam report would have never seen daylight, all you needed to do was bully Honest into thinking he was in the wrong and then be done with it. PMs for every trade aren't even in the official rules for fuck's sake, how about we fix that for a start?
