You aren't going to end up getting banned over having your gamerscore modded, instead what Microsoft often does is reset your gamerscore back down to 0. In my opinion a safe amount from 0 would be around 50k-75k.

Unfortunately, I do not add games for free so you would need to make a small payment in order for this to be done.
