I think they patched it as of recently. If you still want this done, I can do this for you

 

Damn I hope they didn't patch it again, because it let me unlock recon last weekend with a modded GS tag.

 

If you were able to get it with modded achievements I will definitely give it a shot. Just let me know if it actually works, that way I can give a more consistent answer to people when they ask. :laugh:
