Explanation of the trade:

So I used their website to purchase OSRS GP. I paid for the gold and hopped on their livechat to collect my gold. They started to request a lot of information from me. They wanted me to email them multiple times with confirmation from my billing email and even required a phone call.

I didn't want to give my private number to some random Chinese gold company but they insisted and pushed for it so I finally agreed. They called and asked me to confirm some details and said all was fine, they will contact their supplier for the GP.

They then told me they can't contact their supplier for gold as he's offline and to contact them again later to collect the money. I said no, I don't want to wait, I had to go to work. I asked them to refund the money but they refused and said I should go to work and collect it when i'm back. I pushed for the money to be refunded but they still refused even though I haven't collected any GP from them.

I contacted them about 5 times every few hours but they never had the money and every time I asked for a refund they refused and kept telling me over and over again "Lisa 12:44:22
our delivery time is 8mins -24 hours ,we will try our best to contact the supplier for u within 24hours thats our policy all the time". I made an angry post here on their thread to warn people of the delays before buying. They started to ignore my live chats completely so they wouldn't have to answer difficult questions.

Every time I asked them for a refund they constantly refused and told me to keep waiting and told me the policy is 24 hours.

So 24 hours passed and I contact them AGAIN and they still have no RSGP to give me and still have no refund to give me. Clearly their "policy" means nothing and was just a way to get me off their backs.

Amount scammed: £64.75 for 90M + 2% OSRS RSGP. Proof I paid is below.
How they scammed: Refusing to pay or refund me the money even after breaching their own 24 hour policy.

So now I have no idea when i'll see either a refund or the RSGP and neither do they. They were completely dishonest bringing up their "24 hour policy" when it clearly means nothing anyways since they STILL wont refund me.

 

Still no money or refund and now I'm just getting completely ignored and conversations get ended.

This shit gets worse...
Yesterday I'm on livechat again demanding to speak to the manager (originally I was told if the trade goes past 24 hours then they will speak to their manager for a refund). This "Carl" guy on livechat tells me the manager is off duty for the next 9 hours. I ask how long he will be on duty for and he said 9 hours. So OK thats between 01:00 and 10:00AM.

I wake up 8AM and get on livechat and demand to speak with the manager but again I'm told he's off duty and can't speak with a manager. Still no gold and still refusing me a refund after 2 days.

They do tell me however that they have 76M of the 92M. Originally I refused it because I want a refund, these guys are scammers for trying to sell RSGP to somebody when they don't even have the RSGP. No self-respecting service sells gold when the stock is 0GP without telling the buyer.

After pushing for a refund again for being screwed over so hard, they still refuse and I still can't speak to a manager so I agree to take the 76M for now and the rest later (Increasing the risk of me being banned for RWT).

So I finally agree to take the money and I'm sitting here for 30 minutes in the place they agreed and I'm being completely ignored on chat and still not being traded any GP.


And because I'm being "impatient" despite being forced to wait 2 days to receive HALF my order which I still haven't even received the employee is telling me she won't trade me until I "Calm down". So no gold and no refund after 2 days of waiting and she wants to force me to be patient...

I also think this is just a bullshit reason to not pay me the money. It's been half an hour since she told me to come to world 335 and still I have no gold and she's ignoring me on livechat. She also says right after "u can choose wait the whole amount also" which makes me think she is trying to get me to agree to NOT take the money and the whole "calm down or we will scam you" bullshit is just a ploy to NOT pay me.

@Gladiator I did already in the past but their employees are clueless and I don't think they even know what Sythe is... I tried to contact the manager many many times but they absolutely refuse constantly.

I linked them again and also checked up and 3 days later they STILL don't have my order and STILL refuse my refund...

 

Was going to give them 24 hours but it seems pointless at this point. @MMOOK you can explain yourself in a dispute. 3 month ban + DNT (perm market ban) until you clear your debts with @B dog.

Sorry for your loss, but you can't blindly trust any website. A quick look at their threads show me this: https://i.imgur.com/0WkKzuj.png. No vouch thread and 0 vouches. This should be alarming. They also haven't been on sythe for very long either.
