TERRIBLE.
I put an order in earlier for 90M + 2%. I had to jump through some insane hoops of emailing them from my account with confirmation of every single action I make and then I was forced to give them my personal phone number and receive a call from one of their employees. I pay in GBP and they ask for me to confirm the USD amount (facepalm).

Then they said they will try to contact their supplier. They tell me they can't get a response from them so I have to wait up to 24 hours. I ask them to just refund me the money and i'll go for another service and they REFUSE even though I haven't taken ANY gold from them. They straight up REFUSE a refund and now I'm being completely ignored in livechat.

Also as I expressed my concern for giving my phone number to them, they told me they will only call ONE time and won't save my phone number. Then later on in the conversation when i start to ask for refunds as it's taking too long, she tells me they will call me when the order is ready. So obviously they lied about that too.
