Milotic + Talon

Reporting: Milotic / Talon (at the end of the report).

Alright let us commence and dive into the report shall we. Since staff always turn a blind eye to everything and make me sort to playing detective. It comes to a point where observation of repetition becomes behavioral study.


October 22, 2017 2:22 AM I sold 'Ok' for 750m 07 to @alanvong12 , in addition to the deal I would also receive the RSN "61" (Additional 400m value). The account I would be moving the RSN "Ok" to had the RSN "61" and after moving "Ok" I would release 61 and grab it on a level 3. I managed to move Ok successfully to Alan's account but wasn't able to grab 61 on my account, it was sniped. I'm going to prove that Milotic sniped it.

Now let me give the staff team a walk through of what Milotic does when he snipes a name. He will immediately head over to the Name Request Thread V3 and request the name that he has just sniped. He will keep requesting this name for sometime and eventually stop requesting it and list it for sale. In this time period is where he fabricates evidence of 'Proof of purchase' to prove he bought the name and he didn't snipe it.



This was just only a couple hours after the name was sniped from me. He sniped it from me woke up the next morning to post it on the name request thread. He knew Alan owned this name as well which I'll prove later on the report that he knew 61 was on Alan's account. Even if he makes the argument that he didn't snipe the name (which he did), he was attempting to knowingly purchase stolen goods.



Alright let me provide some context. I bought 'Ok' from someone else and instantly sold it to Alan. Alan was well aware, essentially it was a quick flip for me where I would be responsible for transfer of the name. The picture above is included to help aid the report in regards to time-stamps.
>> I successfully moved 'Ok' off this individuals account then grabbed it on Alan's account (61). Then I managed to change the name again to 'Ok' so '61' would be released (it was the previous) and I would proceed to grab it on my account. Just to reiterate, it was sniped.




I was well aware of who sniped it as this individual watches my names and has an obsessions with two digits. I approached him trying to get him to self incriminate himself and to which he bit my bait. Pay attention to time-stamps in this report as they are crucial.



This is just confirmation that he was:

A) Online during the time
B) Watching the name, as the previous was '61'
C) "Knows 61 was sniped" (He took it)
D) Taunting at sniping names/sniped the name


Remember how I said how Milotic will immediately go to the Name Request Thread V3 request the name for a couple days, fabricate proof of purchase then say he owns the name?



It was Friday when we got into a heated argument in a particular Discord server and I called him out on sniping my name. I posted his IRL pictures in the Discord just as he posted mine, then he resorted to taunting me throughout the evening.








Alright I'll start wrapping this report up on Milotic and move on to Talon after I address this last piece.

Remember this? , take a look at Milotic's UI and head over to this thread: A moments silence and scroll to the bottom and look at the context. There was basically an update that changed a certain method how you move names and basically created one where it would be hard to fumble a name and easier to snipe names. It's not some sort of surprise Milotic is a name sniper and I don't understand how he isn't banned and time after time gets away with it.

Now I'm no saint. So I'll spare you some time.

Very interesting how half those names you don't own and the other half are straight up hacked usernames. I personally have the database with all these cracked display names and the batch you listed come straight up from a set of hashes. I personally think your an idiot and don't have the ability to even recover your own Yahoo account so I'm curious to an explanation on all of those usernames, especially as some of them you don't own or never have owned.

Secondly, you are tweeting/emailing Jagex assaulting a bunch of stakers and even though I don't want to I'm going to call you out on it. You made an agreement with a certain user that caught you in the act, you had something to report as well that would trouble the member so you guys made a truce to keep the cat in the bag. That certain member I hope tomorrow will speak up and serve justice.

Because as far as I'm considered I owned it and when Milotic found out he moved it off the account right away. Talon will have some explanation to do as how he got it too.

Nothing Panda said had to do with the report. It just proves how biased the staff members are. Nothing you said Panda was relevant to the report, all you are trying to do is make me look bad. You accuse me of spamming threads and ban evading/wasting staff members time when I proved you it wasn't me you deleted my post but kept your edit#2. This is defamation and furthermore proves how the backbone of the staff team relies on personal bias. You questioned me in regards to me claiming to sell a name that 'I don't have' when this report is on Talon and Milotic? Additionally, I'm already banned (Even though I had the RSN).

So why are you posting irrelevant information when it doesn't pertain to the thread? As a staff member you should receive an infraction, that is spam.

Just because Milotic knows that certain names belong to certain/people accounts doesn't mean he's watching it or he sniped it.

All those screenshots below it could be taken for banter also, there's no actual proof that Milotic sniped the name and I'm sure you told him/or other people told him it got sniped from you. Trolling you for losing a name isn't a bannable offence nor does it mean it was sniped by Milo.

Same goes for Talon; while it looks incriminating there's no solid evidence that Talon or Milotic sniped/hacked those names.

The whole thing looks like like one big meme and Milotic and Talon are milking your tears.

However I'll let another Mod deal with this since you'll cry about how I'm biased or friends with Milotic as well.

I owned 'ok' before for a very brief period of time when it was released from one of the owner's shortly after the name release. I took this screenshot when I grabbed it. It was released from me almost instantly because I took it on a fairly low level account (300 total I just happened to have membership on at the time). I took it back once or twice after that, and I believe @Closer did too, although this was before we knew each other and it's kinda funny to think about now.

Just a reminder that there is a similar report active (sage070 Possibly selling names he doesn't own) where the guy who claimed he had names which he allegedly doesnt own got a DnT until he could proof he actually owns the names. Similar case to this one, right? Just to quote the relevant parts:

Why would you request 61 the day after? If the name wasn't sniped and you really were requesting it , you would have came to me. You knew it was on Alan's account and you knew I had Alans names.

I believe that Milotic is a HUGE sniper. I approached him a few weeks ago and offered a few of my names for his. Little did I know, it was a mistake and it was for him to know what RSNs I owned and clearly he sniped it from Chad.

This is the conversation, where I literally tried selling it for a steal and he still wouldn't answer/consider.

Me pretty much begging him to take the offer. As Chad posted he said thanks for the free $500. He knows that it can easily go for 500m as those are his sell prices. He ignores me and never follows up with me ever again. I believe he does this for most of his RSNs in attempt to snipe them one day as they make an agreement with someone else.

I've tried to report Milotic for snipe naming a few weeks ago and it was not successful but we all know he is a sniper and associates with people that help him snipe.

If this is recent, I literally made a report about this and Milotic has claimed to have bought it off Talon. Why does Talon need to help Milotic sell the name 'ight'? This is valued at 25m. This is clearly obvious that these guys group up and secretly sell sniped names to people that are not familiar with name exchange. I've had 'ight' being sniped in my sig for months now. Nothing is still done about it.



Chad would not post a report like this if he didn't think that someone sniped the name. Milotic knows that he has the name and that's why he's been taunting Chad this entire week.

EDIT: I did not post anywhere that '61' has been sniped and somehow Milotic knew it was sniped? If he knew Chad had successfully taken the name, he wouldn't have posted on the request forums or 'troll' Chad.
