Merge the Guides sections together

Can this actually get done already? The current section is a mess.

If it ever becomes active again we can pop in a couple subsections, but it's useless as it is.

Any update on this? What are the current staff doing, they should respond to suggestions (especially admins) with input or feedback. Currently everything's just stagnant, I don't think the rotator is working too well.
