Aory, everything you do to get active is a step to battle the inside demons. See it as a game, for each time you do a good habit, give yourself a point. Give yourself a point for something as much as getting out and making your bed, that should always be the first thing you plan to do. If you can simply get up and make your bed, you are doing brilliant.
Try to start going for walks daily to clear your head, whether it be listening to music, a podcast or just simply going out to listen to nature. You aren't going through this alone and if you ever need any help message myself or any member of Sythe as we are all in this life together. I wish you all the best with your life and remember; first step to battling mental illness is getting up and making your bed in the morning time.

You're friend Puff, he made me a pretty angry person. I finally just decided it's not worth dwelling on, I'm moving past it. You're friend stole 745m from me and threatened to dox me, and kept harassing me repeatedly. I think if I can forgive him, you can get past your mental health issues. I can definitely relate, I feel I keep getting shafted. I'm just thankful there are amazing moderators such as Andy, who do their best to make everyone happy, even if we aren't always thrilled with the conclusion. You have to learn to let go, and just be...

But thank you for the overall message, but please do not relate me to him. I barely know him and all I did was post a picture on his behalf since he can't do it himself. For only moderators to see. That's it.

I got prescribed Alprazolam after many years of depression and anxiety. Antidepressants didn’t seem to work for me. But Alprazolam did wonders for me i take 0.5 mg 3 times a day.

But discuss that with your doctor never buy medicine online or from the streets.

    Osrs Halo Newcomer

    Mental health issues..

Hey I know what it’s like to go through what you are going through, I’ve been in a similar situation, what helped me was just actually talking about it & by you even coming here and expressing shows so much & that you realize that there is something wrong, I actually applaud you for coming out and saying how you feel it takes a huge step to even do such a thing regardless if it’s anonymous or not, what also helped me was forcing myself to even walk around my home for some in house work outs until I felt comfortable with myself to go out side and walk around my neighborhood, I understand with this pandemic there may be some restrictions but man your health comes first always! & to touch base on the friend stuff is a bit different for everyone depending on their social levels, if you feel comfortable you could spark up conversations with your neighbours just to talk and you don’t even have to really be friends. Just being able to converse with another human does so much for someone’s mental health, we need the interactions. God bless man, don’t think that you’ll be stuck in this position either! You’ll get out of this and always have that mindset! Don’t just think that “ why is this happening to me “ think of it as okay I’ve been in this situation and now I’m willing to better it & potentially sharing the experience you are having with someone else that is going through it! You got this man believe in yourself & never let your negative thoughts keep you in a rotating cycle of always being in a negative mindset, and everyone in their life will hit a barrier in their life no matter the circumstances it’s how we are able to move past it! Much love !!!!

hey, I know it is hard to get out of a rough spot. I don't know ur situation exactly BUT I can say even tho you have no motivation, even just showering, brushing ur teeth, getting a haircut, making your bed, going for a walk when you wake up in the morning, making sure ur taking vitamins can help improve your mood DRASTICALLY. try setting small goals for yourself throughout the day/week/month, and see if that helps. have a good day

Hey dude, been there, done that. We're all different, but the things that helped me was doing things to distract myself, things to make myself feel good. I would walk the beach everyday listening to reggae music with a bucket cleaning up trash. Not only did I get out of the house, but I also helped the environment which ended up helping me. I saved the life of a bird and brought it to an animal sanctuary. Idk, find something that interests you. Photography, etc... Best of luck dude, it's only temporary and will pass. trust!

I know how it is to get through a depression period. I just finished up law at Cornell University, and let me tell you, the stress was REAL.

The number of books I had to read and the constant fear that I wouldn't graduate and become a lawyer totally messed with my head. It got so bad that I went through a big depression, especially during exams.

Take time to focus on yourself whenever your down, reach out to people, unfortunately in this day and age its very easy to get down when you have media blasting you from all angles, take time away from social media and media in general, you'll feel very refreshed after a couple weeks.

Hope all is well for you

While setting boundaries is crucial for our own well-being, it can also feel like walking a tightrope.

Saying "no" can sometimes feel like defusing a bomb, you know? One wrong move and the situation explodes. But like the article mentions (great resource, by the way, https://www.mentalhealth.com/disord...-someone-with-borderline-personality-disorder), clear communication is key. We deserve to have our needs heard too, without feeling guilty or manipulated.

I've found that being firm but compassionate works best for me. "I can't make it to the movies tonight, but I'd love to grab coffee next week" is a lot easier to swallow than a blunt "no."
