Lowering Health

I recently got dh armor and I want to lower my health in pest control? What things do i eat to lower health?

I know rock cake is one, but im trying to look for something that will also lower health. If you can, please list all the things that can lower my health in pest control.

Nitroglycerin from the digsite, it does alot of damage but it cannot kill you. Search runescape wiki for more info. I can't remember it atm

Or kill splatters to make your HP go down.

I'm not sure if this is what you were looking for, but certain kebabs do the trick, that is... If you wanna wait awhile.

Don't think this would be a very helpful method considering you'd need more than 28 kebabs (full inventory of them) to lower your health to the proper amount.

Take armor off and go to the splatters. They hit a good 20+ most of the times.

Or the Unidentified Liquid after completing the Digsite Quest.

Exploding potions from digsite. As well as, zammy brews work good if you're training at the monkey's near the alter with DH because even though zammy brews lower your defense as well that doesn't matter because you're praying melee anyway. As well as, zammy brews are a cheap alternative to using pots while training and they save space.
