Which violation you are reporting the user for: Doxxing
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Gladiator, in your recent merge post you posted personal information of someone in the community without a valid report.

Even though you were supposedly scammed $5k this report that you're claiming is not valid yet and i'm sure you do not have approval to leak personal info of someone else.

As someone like yourself that should be extremely knowledgeable when it comes to sythe ruling and how to protect Sythe users personal information, it should of been very clear not to post these photos or leak someone's city. However, you could of simply dm'd the staff member who was dealing with the report (andy) to redact this personal information or post on your behalf so they can then redact that info.

In a CASE BY CASE scenario that sythe.org likes to use.... i would suggest this to be only tolerated if it was a rookie to the site that didn't know better
but we are dealing with someone that was a sythe admin that 100% should of known better

Edit adding to above^: i would like to add that in this report where I received punishment the report was made by a 3rd party that had nothing to do with the incident.
So I don't want to hear that it is necessary for abe to make the report for it to be valid.

Since Abe was denying owning the telegram, whatsapp, etc - I had to show linking proof (via his name), that it was actually him. I had no intention to dox him, I had to make a connection to his name.
Same as I did with the accounts he recovered (which contained his name). It's really difficult to delete/edit stuff from a guest account (I've never had to do it before in my life).

 

I don’t see how it is acceptable to post that personal information to the public just because you wanted to post it on your schedule. I would assume you’re very familiar on how busy staff can be?
You could of directly DM’d a moderator to add to the report if you were already in contact.
Never the less, you were still Doxxed his family members. Something you are aware of that is not allowed, as I’ve screenshotted above referring to the ruling on the report you handled on me.

Let me refresh your memory a bit

 

I don't use/own Facebook, and I have never ever contacted any of his family members. If he has proof, he's more than welcome to share it and show how that's me

 

Firstly, thank you @Beast for making this report.

Everything that is private and sensitive relating me has been exposed, and I have been doxed.

Regardless of my dispute with @Gladiator he picked to put me and my family at risk over a dispute.

Although I am not without fault but never once did I get his family involved or put them in danger, my identity is fully online now and he gave no regard for me and my family's wellbeing and safety.

In terms of him "not owning facebook" etc, his wife's profile was used to contact family and friends, it was a legit profile from 2018, if you go on it now, it has been taken out from the public, as in it is either locked or the profile itself has changed the privacy settings so you can't see it.

All this proof can be sent to staff, I will not post anything as he has done on multiple occasions.

In terms of him "asking president" to redact it, although I don't doubt @President good work and professionalism, but him and many others are bias towards @Gladiator and are sympathetic towards him, so without bringing any names, whenever I post something relevant to @Gladiator 1 percent personal to him IRL, it is within 2 mins redacted and hidden, however the same standard isn't applied to @Gladiator

Ultimately staff will decide, my intention here is not to give staff shit or hinder them, they have it tough as it is.. however, there is absolutely excuse to put me and my family at danger, now I might even be forced to get law enforcement involved as this has had great impact on me and the damage isn't stopping.. not to mention the threats via email/call/text are not stopping.

All of this is being sent to you privately as a safety to not dox someone.

This is how Gladiator should of handled his report situation, yet he didn’t & doxed ABE publicly here on sythe.

As a sythe admin he should of been more than knowledgeable and cautious with such private information. It doesn’t take a week to become a admin. You should know the rules.

Gladiator leaking personal information - doxing

First of all, the depressing lack of self awareness of this individual is staggering. The sentence he got on his own report was not issued by me, but by staff collectively and mostly by admins (above me) at the time as it was a complicated report. Imagine attacking the messenger delivering the verdict of a staff decision and thinking they are behind it - actually asinine.

RE: the report

Beast purposefully posted screenshots, and labelled the screenshot as "for the public to see" of a private conversation on Whatsapp between me and Abe. This screenshot contained sensitive information about my wife, such as her ethnicity, background, language, everything and this was public for everyone to see for at least 10 hours in the Report a Violation section until I had to message staff to censor it.

The irony to make a report on doxing, while you dox the person you're reporting? This was not a joke, this was purposefully done out of spite because he got previously banned for doxing and Abe is upset he now owes me $1000s of dollars, for all the account recoveries.

As for the report on me, neither me or my wife use any social media. Neither of us have messaged any family members of his about anything. I already explained the circumstances behind posting the evidence I was forced to in RAS, as Abe was lying about absolutely everything - I had to make a connection, and I did make effort to try censor it through messaging staff.

I would be extremely careful with what evidence these two with a history of doxing, lying and forging evidence are conjuring up. He can easily get any random person to message his family and pretend that's me, my wife or someone related to me. I have no idea where any of these phone/text messages are from - we know for a fact, Abe has scammed several people IRL - it could be from absolutely anyone. We also know he's in trouble with local authorities based on the tendyies report.

Please be thorough with what you accept as evidence given their history.

Same^ Gladiator likes to claim he’s OO of accounts he sells. This is the only times he’s been caught, think of the many others that have probably suffered without a report.

 

Would you like to answer why Abe family member was being harassed on January 17th. This was PRE report, and it was sent from someone claiming to be your wife?
No one should of known anything regarding this report or what happen between you two unless you leaked private information to someone & they did the dirty work.

In this report, the accusation is doxing.

Facts:
1. Abe and Gladiator were in close contact prior to their fall-out. They used different social media platforms (whatsapp/telegram) to stay in touch.
2. I invested hours of my free-time trying to mediate an understanding between both parties.
3. Abe's family member received messages on Facebook Messenger from an individual. The nature of these messages surrounds Abe and Gladiator's fall-out. Beast claimed that the person behind these messages is Gladiator or Gladiator's wife. Beast tried to substantiate his claim by providing evidence. This evidence, however, was found to be (very) circumstantial, and not enough to prove the identity of our mysterious individual.
4. Gladiator responded to the reports using a guest-account, meaning that he is unable to delete messages. Consequently he approached staff more than once to request to filter sensitive information from the public.
5. Beast created a report and posted (screenshots of) several chatlogs. He hid some of the (exposing) chatlogs from the public, but surely not all. We (staff), had to find out that several of his posts contained sensitive information and hid those ourselves.

The rules surrounding doxing can be found here:
Posting someone's information such as private emails, private social media accounts, addresses, phone numbers, private photos, etc. without explicit consent from that person will result in a 1 month ban and a DNT.

• This rule still applies if the information is publicly available or was posted by its owner on Sythe/Discord.
• Disclosure of a staff member's or acquantence of a staff member's personal information will result in a 6 month ban, a 6 month spam forum ban, and a DNT.
  • To clarify, an acquaintance of a staff member is a family member or close friend who is only associated with Sythe through a staff member, if at all.

Ruling:
1.1. With regard to Gladiator posting revealing information on the report. He was using a guest account, so he was unable to crop the information. Furthermore, he asked staff prior authorization before posting. Concluding, Gladiator did not break the dox-rule here.
1.2. As stated in "facts 3.", insufficient evidence was produced to prove @Beast 's claim. Having said that, even if there was evidence that Gladiator's wife was behind these messages, it is unclear if this leads to a breach of the dox-rule by Gladiator. The report @Beast refers to pertains to him directly messaging family members for the dox. These are different situations and may result in different outcomes. Therefore, there is no breach of rules here.

2. Gladiator counterclaimed that Beast is breaking the doxing rule himself. Beast never asked for prior authorization when posting said exposing screenshots to the public. Furthermore, he was not using a guest account, so he did have a chance to edit these posts himself. This falls under the scope of the doxing rule. You, with a history of doxing, should know better @Beast

Having said that, given that this was posted in the heat of the moment trying to help your friend Abe, we conclude that there was no ill will here and that the exposing posts were accidents rather than doxes. @Beast will not be punished.

Lastly, we don't want to dissuade people from posting reports if they feel like it's valuable. Having said that, I highly advise you (Beast) from ever partaking in these type of reports @Beast . You proved in this report that you lack the diligence to deal with them and are led by your temper. Staff has said this before, but I will mention it again, please familiarize yourself with our platform's rules: The Official Sythe.org Rules and try to stay away from the RAS-section for your own well-being.
