Maxing with Armadyl Crossbow

My mate managed to get one, just a 2 minute vid of him trying to max on me.

 

618 was the highest max? I still prefer the chaotic cross bow over this.

 

Only did 2 rounds, seen a 668, not bad for range.

 

Pretty good crossbow.

Erm excuse me, the type of crossbow used does not increase your maximum hit, the ammo does.

 

Use a normal crossbow, Then use dragon bolts(e)

Also, Look at the ranged bonus.

OT: i love that crossbow honestly, i prefer it over any other bow in the game. it's Smexy

 

Didn't look that fantastic in the video... is there like an overall evaluation of the weapon yet? As in what scenarios its best for, ranking in the best crossbows etc.

 

It's a bit faster than a normal crossbow, but still has pretty good bonuses, hits better than Rune but not as good as chaotic.

 

I see the same ranged strength?








Looks like you're the one not having a clue, lol.

 

ifh is right. Try maxing with a rune crossbow & bronze bolts and then switch to a bronze xbow. You'll have the same max hit. You'll hit more often with the bronze, but your max will be the same.
