It's healthy to clear out dead sperm cells once in a while, and it's true that you can actually get testicle cancer and potentially go sterile if you don't.

I think that a healthy amount would be around 2-3 times a week. Why I say this is because the stuff inside your body is not meant to be kept there naturally, it is made to come out.
