This is an ongoing discussion. According to Pendulum they are only allowed in people’s threads, not the titles. Official rules state otherwise though.

You can't use offsite vouches in your thread titles, for example:

[500+ vouches] Buying gold
When you don't have 500+ vouches on sythe and they're all or partly offsite, this would not be allowed.

But a list of vouches from offsites within the thread or your vouch page is perfectly fine. If people wish to take them into consideration, they can at their own discretion. I have off-site vouches linked in my vouch page but I never use them in any of my thread titles.

As of now I'd say it is in your threads, just not on your profile nor your titles.
