    Both banned, both have same kind of avatars (same editing styles), same kind of threads:

    PayPal is written in all capitals, prices are stated in capitals. Both made active use of pictures.
    Now let's go to the user who it's all about: Altair Zozo.
    Same kind of threads, same writing styles, same interests (merchanting/goldfarming etc)

    As can be seen, mans not hoot was inactive during this time:

    Also interesting story, X Shadow (who was claimed to be Altair Zozo's brother) replies to his own scam report on May 21, Not Hoot gets banned on May 22. Rest assured though, for now I'm mainly reporting him for being Altair Zozo.

    You must be damn blind if this isn't enough information.
