Explanation of the trade: I'm not too happy to make this report, pretty much; Maldesto hired my sig space for 17$/ month, 2 days later he wants me to remove the signature and be done with it.

Now, I understand he has issues to deal with as his private server got hacked, but he rentred my signature space for 1 month, I don't care what banner he gives me (as long as it's appropriate). In my eyes he has 2 options, either 1) give me a different banner for the remainder of the time, or pay me out (if he wants to wait the remainder 28 days to do it - IDC) the full amount as he did rent the sig space for this month.
I'll give you an example; it's like buying a vps and finding out you don't need it after 2 days. Does that mean the company has to refund you? No! It's up to you what you do with it.

I don't like the idea of forcing him to replace the rented signature if he doesn't want to do it anymore. He'll definitely need to pay you out for the time he did rent the signature for, but not in full. Your analogy falls short because he doesn't pay you upfront for the service. It's understandable that he wouldn't want to continue if there is no ongoing continuation of the server in the time in which you're advertising it, but as I said before, he'll need to pay you out for the days you did rent the signature for.

He has two options that he would need to decide for himself.

1. Pay you for the days you rented the signature for.
2. Replace the signature with something else and continue the signature rental from there.

 

I see where you're comming from, can't say I agree but that's not up to me. I'll messege him about it.

Sorry man last night when you contacted me I thought you were already paid as I paid a lot of people in advance. I thought you were just informing me I could put a banner up if I wanted. Maldesto's been very cool about this matter. Was my mistake of making a report so early, apperently he just left in the middle of our conversation (I thought he ignored me) but he went to bed.
