MaksyRS requesting a pardon for Account Sharing

Hey Sythe Team,

Firstly before I start, I'd like to apologize for all the confusion and the events that have ensued after my ban. It's just getting more and more complicated as we go along and I'd just want to express my apologies for all of it. Multiple threads and disputes have been opened regarding me, and you must be getting quite sick of it. So, sorry for all the troubles.

Not 100% Sure. First it was banning, but the report was ruled inconclusive (http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1808256-disputing-my-ban-twc-come.html) and that got cleared up. Then it was ban evading, which was also inconclusive and cleared up (http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1823122-2nd-opinion-please-banned-evading.html) and Dave told me to repay the user which I hadn't infact scammed, so I opened a dispute which again was inconclusive (http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1840203-maksyrs-final-dispute.html) and that leads me here with Video telling me to attempt to pardon for Account Sharing.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Firstly, I'd like to apologize for the account sharing. Yes. I'll admit to it, I shared my details with the user "Skorpz" back in February of this year, as we were running a Runescape skilling service together (http://www.sythe.org/oldschool-rune...vices-cheap-reliable-efficient-osgp-only.html) We both shared details with each other, so we could post on each other's behalf. At the time of me doing this, I didn't know that this was against the Sythe rules, and yes, I know this isn't a good enough excuse, but it's the truth. The reason we swapped our details with each other, and the reason we made a service together in the first place, is because we felt we would be at an advantage to the rest of the community. We felt that would be the clever and smart, being able to constantly utilize Sythe for our growing business.

As of today, I am no longer in contact with the user "Skorpz" after our services went out the window, and I am now not affiliated with him in any way, shape or form. I, myself, once I was banned for the scamming issue which is above (which was inconclusive) stayed away from Sythe. My friend at the time, however, Skorpz, continued on Sythe, to ban evade. At the time, "Yousuckv2" reported MYSELF for ban evading, as my account would show up on Skorpz's IP audit as we were account sharing beforehand. My dispute thread of this can be found Here:

The reason I feel I should be unbanned, is because in the end I had no bad intentions as to what happened. Yes, I account shared, but now I realize that's against the rules, it will not happen again. Also, user "Skorpz" is banned on sythe due to this report (http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1817134-skorpz-scammer.html) and in no way was I affiliated with this. I had no intentions of ban evading, but because of the earlier account sharing, I seemed to get the blame for the actions that Skorpz had done, so I feel I am innocent in all of the ban evading shenanigans.

I will also certainly never be account sharing again due to these events that have ensued, and again for one last time, I would like to apologize for it.

If I ever manage to get back into the Sythe community, I want to benefit more than I did last time with my services, and instead of account sharing, I'll think of alternatives, such as hiring workers for my services. I'll do everything honestly. I will also certainly never engage contact with Skorpz ever again. I know know that what I did was wrong, and now I personally can see why.

but you've already served at least two weeks, so i guess you should just be twc'd? other opinions on this...?

 

Unban+TWC seems like the right option.
