mage power! Ban Dispute

Well, I guess I gotta lay it on pretty thick here. Bare with me if this is long.

So after I had some Steam accounts ready to sell. I contacted my offsite friend, and he told me you need a Hackforums premium thing-account in order to sell accounts there. However, he also said I could sell on Sythe. Of course I then thought about my old account, (I didn't think of it right away because back then it didn't have a Steam section obviously). I put my email in the recovery bar and it spit my account back in my hands, after around a decade of being inactive. I started selling and everything was great.

Now all the sudden I notice some other people have low register date accounts, I'm not an idiot. I'm aware people hijack Sythe accounts, it makes sense. At the time I didn't think anything of it, but I was still careful. Now these users are selling some pretty high-caliber accounts, around 3k Bitcoins are being transacted. Of course I wanted in on this action so I got in contact with them offsite. One of the members selling a $6000 account added me on Steam with it. We weren't in any friendly relationship, just more of a business standpoint. He looked legit and the account was right there, so I repped him on his thread. Now moving on, 'tehvkh' (not a hijacked account) wanted to trade some accounts for my around $300ish account. I went first and everything was smooth so I repped him too.

A very big seller 'kaynerrr' was also selling some nice accounts as well. On his thread this user named 'kakto' was talking mad shit on him and his accounts. I have a habit of sticking my nose in other peoples business so I tried to defend kaynerrr. After a while the focus was on me and he was saying shit like 'You're next' or whatever. It was at this time I realized this was a well known evader/scammer named Rizla. Basically a guy that creates a new account everytime he gets banned and rages on peoples threads threatening them and their accounts.

Last time he had an account 'tinglemingle' he threatened to disable all of my accounts to the point of losing them forever. After everyone was banned by Yousuckv2 for hijacking, he made a thread about me. (mage power (Hacked by Ukranian rat, using it to fake vouch and support known scammers)) I mean for real, just look at this thread. Every 'point' he tries to make is bullshit and I counter him immediately. And him calling me a Ukrainian rat because of my background is childish. I'm honestly very surprised Sythe staff actually considered this thread a valid report. Especially since he was banned like 3 days after he made it.

TL;DR: I got banned by a scammer/offsite account hijacker/professional evader because he didn't like me I guess.

would like a second opinion on this one. my personal vote is DNT

 

I suggested a joindate reset to Richard which he seemed fine with, that was before he got banned. There are no logs of anything before May 2016 so this profile could be hacked for all we know, asked them to prove it here I don't know why I have a TWC? however they failed to comply.
Joindate reset in conjunction with a DNT is what I vote for.
