Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I was advertising two types of accounts that i was selling as 100% handtrained while the magic training was done with an AHK script. Therefore i should have listed them as 95% handdone, and mentioning how the magic was trained with an AHK script.

At the time i was too ignorant and money motivated to think that this type of market manipulation was wrong. Talking to past customers who bought these accounts and explaining the situation made me realize just how wrong it actually was. I have learned from this mistake and have compensated customers that were affected by this situation.

I believe that i should be forgiven because we have drastically changed the way we do business in the OSRS markets.
- Right now we are always open and transparant about the accounts that we have for sale, and will let the customers know when an account has been partly macroed (which we sell at a discounted price).
- When there is issues with services tickets in our Discord we always listen to the customer and compensate them in a way so that they are happy and satisfied (previously we just handled according to our ToS).
- Customer protection and security is something we value above anything else. We deny a lot of service request of high valued ironman accounts, since we do not want to run the risk of issues happening on these type of accounts.
- We have had zero report against us on Sythe since our DNT
- We have been actively selling and providing services on our Discord, website, Player Auctions and Eldorado and have only been generating positive feedback
