Lucifer

Damn good show. Very happy with it. Hoping it will keep going with the usual problem solver episodes you always get on TV and then progress into a new plot. That would be pretty awesome.

 

Nice to see Maze and Amenadiel's characters finally making progress and getting more screen time.

 

Yea, was a good episode. I'm liking the dynamic and chemistry between Lucifer and Decker.

 

Last episode was my least favorite, but it was still good

It felt like they let Lucifer and Decker get too close last episode, and so they started it immediately with "he's out of my life for good" without any premise, like you two JUST solved a kidnapping AND you shot him in the leg, and there was no discussion before the episode ended about never seeing eachother again. It was just choppy transitions.

The rest of the episode was good though, especially development towards the secondary/supporting roles

 

Finally watched the newest. I love that they're showing the cracks in decker' sand lucifer's relationship, and that lucifer is becoming more and more flawed. The perfect visage and smooth demeanor is bad ass, but the raw emotions they're giving him now are riveting to watch. We finally get to see more of a devilish rampage, and the only thing that could have made it better was the remorse and confusion at what that loss of control lead to

 

Loved this latest episode. Opening up some new doors. Was very fun.

 

Another solid episode. This show is getting better and better.

 

Yea I actually didn't like the burning of the wings...no chance for him to get more badass with them now.

If you could compare to another mainstream show, what would you compare it to? I don't have a lot of time so just trying out TV shows isn't really ideal but the story behind this one intrigues me. If it's like something else I've seen and enjoyed I'd be more willing to be some time aside for it.

 

I liked lucifer , maybe u can try ' Second chance ' its not about devil , heaven etc but still good

 

This is my first time hearing of this, definitely going to have to give it a shot now

 

It's not thrilling. It's your average crime solver show with a twist. Lucifer is a fun character and makes it worthwhile along with the demon and angel involvement.

If you aren't into the majority of your episode going into a random who-cares crime then it's probably not for you. There is a underlying developing story with lots of comedy to stay entertained either way though IMO.

 

Gonna look it up. Sounds like something I'd watch. I'll update when I see it.

Meh, not a bad episode. Getting bored with the weekly procedural police BS, and wish they'd just focus on Lucifer/Maze/Angel dude/Decker.

 

Todays episode was the best one yet. 2 more to go till the season raps up.

 

Anyone have an idea why this isnt being streamed on Netflix? I multi log most the time on my Mac, so multi log + streaming might equate to some major lag.
