It's an old movie kinda it looks like its in iraq or something about this kid who runs away and gets locked up in a place, kinda like a juvy...

ugh i cant remember the name. and one part he gets hot soup spilled on him and umm, he likes this girl but cant be seen with her. I think.

anyways, and alot of kids are locked up and for something idk..
