Looking for someone to kill QBD/charge RCB

I'm too noob to kill the qbd, but I want the Royal Crossbow. I'm willing to pay a few mill for it, seeing how I know its easy for most PVMers. I have ranging set up, 99 range. Whatever info you need, please let me know. Also, I don't know if I posted this in the right place. If I haven't please let me know.
