This might sound ridiculous, but let me give some details.

Account:
You will start with level 4 account
11 prayer, 1 range (11 prayer from Priest on peril quest for ghoul scroll)

Task:
Estimated time for this is 100-120h depending on rng ofc. Every kill MUST be done with dwarf multicannon, so this is very afk.

Around 1-85 range (again, depending on rng)
All numbers are based on other peoples Reddit posts etc, atm record Holder is 82 range, 47 combat.
