Current: lol combat
Banned: Castle Wars + more

Join date lines up with last ban evasion: Bear Head/DarkestCave/HexEndGame
Same interests (RSPS + OSRS)
Same usage of dots and exclamation marks in titles
Same way of writing down symbols with spaces around them
As opposed to my previous report he now goes on over-exclamation marking all of his threads to refrain from sounding as grumpy as before
Both use GIF animations of caped characters
Both over-use the sentence "shoot me a message"
Both offer free services, with emphasis on "FREE!"

Geo-location is extremely close as well, and given how this user does the same thing of joining/donating/spamming similar threads/posts every time he joins on top of all of this I'd say this is more than enough to correlate the two. DNT'd/banned for 3 months. He will need to pardon and make things right if he'd like attempt to return to the market.
