Geo-location is extremely close as well, and given how this user does the same thing of joining/donating/spamming similar threads/posts every time he joins on top of all of this I'd say this is more than enough to correlate the two. DNT'd/banned for 3 months. He will need to pardon and make things right if he'd like attempt to return to the market.
