LoL Boosting and Team Sales Organization

As an active member of the league of legends market since it's creation i've noticed the forums have been getting heavily cluttered.

While it is great that the forum is getting lots of traffic it's becoming increasingly difficult to really find the booster you want and keep your thread close to the front.

As of this post the first page only covers the last 5 hours and the last 24 hours takes up 3 pages. Furthermore, there are currently 47 VERIFIED boosters (I hope I counted that correctly). This is already an extremely high number of boosters even without including the nonverified.

As a result i'd like to see an implementation of some sort of division or organization system

A few ideas come to mind:

1) Separate sections for buying/selling boosts/team slots. Much like the Runescape buying/selling gold.

2) A chart including a boosters rating and the highest division they boost to along with servers. This idea is taken from EPVP.

These are just some ideas that I thought of off the top of my head. I'm sure somebody can think of a better idea ^^

One last suggestion I have is regarding the verification system. There should be a reverification process every say 6 months (Could be shorter). Although this puts stress on certain members of the Sythe community (Sellerman) it would clear out some of the inactive boosters and keep up relatively to date information about the boosters whom customers would be purchasing from.

Not sure if this has been proposed so far. Apologies if it has been.

 

I don't think five hours is really all that bad, so I'm unsure about this.

As for that second idea, couldn't that be accomplished by someone active in that section posting a thread and keeping it up to date? Then a mod can sticky it so no one everyone will see it. You could start the thread! =p.

 

I mean you're only on the first page half the time pretty much, assuming you bump every 8 hours.

I'm not sure how the sticky process works. If somebody made something like I proposed would it then be stickied by a mod?

 

I still don't think it is bad haha =]. I mean, why would you need to be on the first page for longer than 5 hours >.>. (I'm not a market guy so =p)

It is your idea so you should start the thread... assuming you want to take the responsibility of updating / verifying or whatever it is you have to do. But yeah a mod should be able to sticky it easily, it seems like a good thread to have.

 

I like the 2nd dot point, kind of like the sticky we have for OMMs we have verifie challenger shops etc, would even motivate those elite diamond booster to want to get Better as well considering its top of sticky achievement

 

I'm okay with #1, though I'm not sure whether a buying section would be active. Many of the threads in the current section are just posts offering boosting services. I will conduct a verified-booster activity check when I can get the time to do so. If their services are still up and running, they will keep their thread; if not I'll close their thread pending their return and they will be removed from the list.

 

I'm fine with checking in on boosters. Infact, I'll do it this weekend, and make sure the people listed are still active, and if not, I'll let Superman know and he can close their threads . Not an issue for me.

I agree with all of this, maybe had such as ELO BOOSTER, Powerlevers and stuff like that and another for all of it!

 

Support. However, if we need to reverify the boosters every six months, we will need more people verifying than just Sellerman. Love the idea from EPVP though.

 

It's different cause you can't buy bulk ELO boosting from what I've seen. IT's mainly a sellers market, not a buyers market, if that makes sense. There wouldn't really be a need for a break in sections.

that thread covers all the people who are verified. As for the thread itself, the verification that the user posts on the thread states what level of boosting they're verified to.

Not necessary, thanks for the suggestion though .

If traffic DOES get more intense then maybe in the future.
