Working on a contract job for a dog tracker app that may or may not be built.

The thickness of the lines in the logo is not consistent with the thickness of the text in the static images.
The animation is beautiful. Personally I would do something different with the eyes.
I would fade them in at the start, and when the rest of the animation completes the dog winks once. That would be cute right :D

Consistency isn't the main factor here, think of scalability. If I were to keep the thickness of the lines consistent to my type, it wouldn't fair well as a 16px favicon maybe.. you feel? Fading is very tacky and showcase no real animation skill for the fact that anyone can keyframe opacity. Thanks for the feedback.

    Really cool stuff man

Only thing I'll say is that the eyes half opening then closing twice makes the dog look drunk or something. Having them stay open the whole time or at least make it completely blink (full open, close, open) would make the dog probably look happier and less sleepy/intoxicated.

Second this, it looks very off with the eyes half open in the beginning.

The bump animation was meant to wake him from his slumber. The app includes personality traits the owner can select, it kind of makes the app a bit more friendly and personal.
