Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:

Lightersgold made a bunch of propaganda and said his account got banned after 10 minutes from the trade, when it was 90 minutes, Gyazo - 1d191c34c4751db3fb8f9ff2e555e59a.png
he also said that he wasn't aware of the risk to try hustle me for a refund - the staff members said that he was fully aware of the risks and he ran his own gold shop for that very same RSPS. Ever since then he's been DDoSing me constantly with his friend (shown on OG thread) I also have a video of me getting ddosed within 30 seconds of me opening Skype that I sent to Chloe, no one else has ever had a problem with my gold on LocoPK apart from this guy so it's clearly him and his friend (who admitted to taking part in DDoSing me)

Tmoe closed the thread and said that he was aware of the risks, lighters then get his friend to repeatedly DDoS me again until Tmoe said that I was to refund half, I thought whatever, I guess I can refund half - he wasn't happy with that and DDoSed me again. Eventually he stopped and pmed me saying Tmoe said you owe me 17.5m come and give me it now, to which I replied "you think you're getting shit from me now you've just ddosed me for the last 3 hours making it impossible for me to contact anyone" and within 30 seconds of me sending that message I was DDoSed yet again by Lighters and his friend - I can't even access my Skype to contact friends because Lighters DDoS me every time I open Skype. I don't think I should be liable to refund someone who's such a scumbag who made a false report based on propaganda, didn't like the outcome after threatening/trying to extort me money and then breaks the law to keep me off the internet for hours?

I'm unsure how that behaviour is tolerated, it's obvious I'm not a staff member of Loco - my vouches contain over 50B+ of sales, along with 50B+ of non vouched consistent trades and he is the only one who complained. If a moderator would like I can livestream my screen, and within 1 minute of me opening Skype I will get DDoSed again
