Break-down of offenses:

Self-Vouching(Actual permanent ban reason):
The self-vouching was years ago, it was my second offense, the first offense was I think 3 or 4 years before it when I was banned by Ardy, if I recall correctly, I was like 16 when the first offense happened, the 2nd offense then happened when I was just entering my 20s, it was stupid and wont happen again and I apologize to staff for my younger stupidity and actions, the first offense I was a Freshman in High school at the time.

Scamming:
This is not really applicable anymore, this was a private incident I believe that Video dealt with involving Acckings insurance, the details are extremely fuzzy but I seem to recall we had a difference of opinion if a customer who had bought an account of Acckings had adequate evidence it had been recovered, I was already permanently banned at the time anyway and I later repaid the customer, I don’t even know if any record of this exists on Sythe because so much of it was on discord, I think the amount in question was $120. I’d like to point out that Sythe staff now let AK set its own TOS and forces customers to obey them, so this issue actually wouldn’t even be relevant now a days but I apologize never the less, I don’t think this really needed to be mentioned but I did regardless to cover all bases and the customer was repaid years ago.

Ban evasion:
I’ve had between ~8-10 accounts over the years, often with minor activity, No I don't remember them all, and most of them likely cannot be linked to me anyway. There have been several instances I've got tied to accounts that genuinely were not me, no I don't remember them, all of them were minor users, and would of been banned for other things anyway, but there's definitely been a couple instances this has happened.

Other:
How many companies and websites on Sythe have I really owned all of, part of and how many am I still involved in? Unfortunately, the answer is a ton of them both while being unbanned and banned over the last 8 years, I did a quick mental count and the number was easily over 25 different websites/companies, I have six companies alone in my name IRL. The rest compromise what I call my “portfolio”, essentially digital companies that at some point over the last eight years have needed a cash infusion or growth help or other assistance that I receive consistent payments/equity from. I’ve owned stakes in some of sythes biggest companies as small as 5% and stakes in smaller companies as large as 100% at times. Overall, by my estimates I’ve owned/negotiated payment deals of some portion of ~25 different companies/websites on Sythe with at least half a dozen of my own. As time passed and my community reputation degraded through my personal immaturity while retaining my business sense, it made business sense to simply hide my influence/involvement in all of my investments.


RSGR/Other:

Drew, the owner of RSGR approached me when his company RSGR was going under, it was less than 2 weeks from bankrupt and he owed Chicksgold, Divica, Searchy, Carlos, Bogla and dozens of others over $60,000. They were threatening him to report him which would put an end to his company, sythe staff would have been appalled how badly RSGR was ran when I got involved, the books, operations, etc. It would have been the biggest scam in Sythe history.( he had ZERO money to repay them). I stepped in and acquired a portion of RSGR and essentially restructured its debt and operations in a take-over operation where Drew retained a large portion of the company and maintained the public image and I took the rest. I negotiated RSGR’s debts with it’s creditors and managed to work out suitable payment plans, every single creditor of RSGR got paid back(except me). I was tied to RSGR and other gold sites for years and years at this point and I had the infrastructure and connections to restructure the entire business out of $60k of debt. Drew ran the daily operations of RSGR, I had very, very little involvement in its day to day, just provided capital to sustain it’s debts, he was the face of RSGR and when there was an issue on RSGR, let me reassure staff that it was his fault, so don’t put any of the reports on RSGR on me because it was exclusively his job to make sure it ran properly after restructuring. Fast forward to the exposure clusterfuck, Drew vanished on me and sold RSGR while still owing me nearly $8000 of the original $60,000(years later).

Apology/explanation:

I'd like to issue a simple apology to the forum and it's staff for the extensive problems related to me, I'd like to think I have had a positive effect in general over a negative one given how many businesses I've had and been tied to relating to Sythe, I've provided capital and activity to this forum since my start in 2015 and I've definitely caused issues since then to, I feel like I've matured significantly since these past problems and hope to move past them.

As staff are aware, I have involvement in some of the biggest sites out there in a few industries that are not on Sythe due to my ban, I'd like to point to the fact that in the several years of operation of these sites, there has not been a single scam report or problem reported by anyone. That should indicate a new level of maturity and customer fairness and process optimization that leads to good business practices.


Closing:

I've trimmed this pardon down compared to my fourth one, you guys already know my past levels of activity and contribution, you don't need told what I'll do for Sythe or how I can be a benefit I feel, so I'll just finish with saying again, I'm sorry and hope to return to the forum in an improved forum, it's been ~ 4 years now and ~5 pardon attempts, it's been a very, very long time.

Most of that remains valid, I just took the structure of pardon #4 and cut it down. Chicks debt is now satisfied and @Andy can confirm that.

All the accounts listed on my past pardons and the current one are the ones I remember. It's unrealistic for me to guess any others. I really couldnt even if I tried, and this is a side note, I recently had my wisdom teeth surgery and am suffering complications from the anesthesia, I'm experiencing a slight issue with memory at the moment and memory loss, which is normal in some patients but not for this long. I also have early onset dementia that is genetic, I can provide the documents relating to my surgery and my father having early on-set dementia and it being genetic. I apologize for this batch of excuses but asking about the past is pointless. I don't have much memory of the parts of the past anymore. Whatever staff are able to dig up during pardon discovery is what I'll pardon for, and if something comes up later, I'll deal with it then. If you put a gun to my head though and told me to list any accounts not already on this/past pardons, I wouldnt be able to.

That's the only ones I recall having, they were already on on pardon #4.

I don't think it is :frown: but I don't want to cause conflict on my pardon. I have zero memory of that account, but I did some digging myself, and the thing that tells me that isn't me is that that guy works/worked for Chicks, I found that out after some deep-digging into him and how you guys linked him to me.

@Andy and everyone on staff should know I'm forbidden due to some legal agreements from ever interacting with certain parties, and since that guy works or worked for Chicks, I could never, ever be him as I'd be violating a certain agreement Andy is familiar with.

But, it does ironically appear that he bounced between similar universities, my college path was SS>WU>UCC(I switched the lettering for safety purposes) where I stayed in several dorms/apartments, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if you got a home IP match or other match on us, those campuses have everything from traditional dorms that would show as that to frat houses that show as home IP's to apartment buildings that show as businesses. My sister also has did the same SS>WU>UCC path, and I take her down there and back, my girlfriend also went from several colleges to UCC, so I suppose your likely getting matches across a period of years that don't make much sense.

You can add him to the list if you want, I don't have any real proof that its NOT me, so it's fine, but I have no memory of that account, but I could see how that could be viewed as me, although I typically prefer a more :subtle: approach, blatantly coming online the forum like that really is not my style, but if you guys say its me, I'm not going to bother arguing that and you can add it to the pardon.
