I am currently getting another rapier on the 96 summoning, a friend died or lost it. I will only be offering the services on 2 accounts with 67 summoning and high cb stats, rapier will be provided. If this continues to happen, I will more than likely add a hold fee of 2m to cover costs. As of now I won't be doing so.
