League summoner blacklist

I hand level accounts in bot games to sell them and I've noticed that the bot situation has gotten much worse in the past few months. I run into at least 1-2 bots in every single game and sometimes even 3.

My suggestion is to create a summoner blacklist in the league account sales section to prevent people from selling botted accounts here since alot of these accounts end up getting banned so it's no different than scamming to sell someone an account for ~$20 that has a delayed ban.

How I indentify bots:

1. They start with boots every single time.
2. At around 40 seconds they run down mid/top/bot, take 2 tower shots and die giving first blood to the enemy team.
3. Then they proceed to feed for the rest of their game because the bot program is shit. At the end of the game their score is 0/10/0 on average.
4. They always use as their summoner icon (shows up as on op.gg)
5. They never play normal (5v5) only: bots, aram, twisted treeline 3v3

I've only listed accounts that (1) meet the above criteria 5/5 and (2) I've played with recently:

If staff don't mind updating a blacklist every week or so I think this would be a great addition to prevent people from scamming/getting scammed. I'd be willing to report any bots that I come across and I'm sure others would too

 

If we didn't allow botted accounts, league accounts would be worth hundreds. Nobody wants to play those dumbass intro games to get level 30. All accounts aren't banned, I've played on ~10 in a couple years that were obviously botted and only one was banned for it. Just play smart.

Also, if you run into 3 bots per game it's b/c you're playing derpy game modes.

 

That's why the seller gives it a little time to see if it gets banned or not. Refund would be the right word in that case.

 

Much like RS:

If the person states it's hand done and it gets banned for botting then they will be banned. If they say it's botted before you buy or you don't ask to specify then it's fair game.
