Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Devil has chosen to keep the TWC for me "threatening to exit scam back in July 2021". If I need to explain anything else let me know and I will.

So what happend, for any of you who may not know I was a Silver Star Rank in the gambling clan chat "GemBets". This meant that I could take bets up to 2000M 07, and the total price for this rank was 8000M, however me and THC where good friends and he cut me a deal making me only pay 4000M total.

I use to host in his clan chat everyday and made some good friends while doing so, one of them being Shy (The guy who made the original report against me).
Me and Shy were really good friends, we use to host together everyday and spend hours on hours in voice chats together and we even met up a few times IRL.
We use troll troll around with each other every single day as friends do with one and other, and
one night I was at the duel arena and had made 13b, and I was trolling shy saying how I had got cleaned and how I couldn't pay anybody out, and gotta exit scam.. now is this VERY stupid on my part, even though I was just trolling this was VERY STUPID and not something I should of joked about, but as we were friends I never thought about him actually thinking anything of it as we use to troll with each other all the time and from the language I was using I thought hed pick up on me joking about it.
I had also NEVER scammed anyone before, and had paid out bils on bils (probablly 50b+ in gem cc) as well as having sold $1000's of dollars worth of gold up to this point.

Now yes I understand this isn't a good thing to joke about but when you talk and hang with the same people everyday stupid things do come out from everyone now and again.
Anyways It was clear after a few minutes he didn't think I was trolling so I called him and screen shared to him the 13b I had just won at the duel arena. We both had a good laugh about it, and I actually sent him $50 to go gamble on slots with. (see screenshots below of full conversation.)








Now, Do you not think if i had truly tried to do this "exit scam" I would of stayed rank in the clan chat for another what 4-5 months, let alone Shy not tell anybody if it truly was the case? NO. That's because everyone understood it was a troll. Not a good troll, or a smart troll but a troll non the less.

Let alone my most recent business Idea where I have held probablly 50+ 2b payouts, multiple 5b,8b and even an 10b+ pot held and middle maned between myself and another rank paying out EVERY single one of them. (can provide videos of these as well, but here are some of the screenshots I have like 70+.)

Everything was good for the next few months, we were making a lot of money, having some good laughs.. this is until Shy and me had a bad day hosting I was down about 2.7B and shy was down 475M. Now the problem was that I was loaning shy the GP and putting it on a tab that he was suppose to pay me once the session vs the bettor was done. (See screenshots below)



Now I had no problem doing this as I did it quite often for Shy and he hadn't snaked me in the past so I had no problem with doing so. However this time was different, Shy's wife was having a kid so he had to go to the hospital and whilst their he was acting very aggressive in staff chat and ended up getting kicked from the clan chat (Gembets) for "Behaving passive aggressive towards other members in public chats". (See screenshot below)




And once he was kicked from the clan, it was clear he wasn't going to pay me back the gp (475M 07) that he owed me even though I asked him MANY times. (See screenshots below)

Now the thing is It wasn't a lot of money to me it was more the principle because I knew he was betting on sports in the mean time while still owing me, Poat and a few other people money.

He even tried to bet what he owed me without me agreeing to anything and Just claimed that now I owed him money. Now Yes I did mention I would leak his IRL but that was meaning to THC the owner of the site, as he was asking If I had any contact information for Shy so he could get in contact with him, as he had also scammed a few gem bets members once kicked from the clan and had made no attempt to pay back anyone.






So now the 24th rolls around, where shy has said he is going to pay me for the 5th or 6th time since he owed me the gp (over a month and a bit ago prior) and when I confront him he gives me another excuse.

Shys sports bet didn't hit so still no payment.. the next day we got into an argument about him still owing me money and he went crazy mode and thats when this report was made.

Yes, I honestly feel hard done by, not only am I out 475m 07, but my business is now being hindered by having a TWC on it, for something I feel I am not in the wrong for.
1) I have clearly shown since July that I have never scammed anyone before or after and have sold bils on bils of 07 gp, as well as middle manned 100's of bils of 07 gp.

2) I have received many positive vouches from a lot of trusted sythe members who have only had good things to say about me since July.

3) I was only mentioning letting THC know his IRL's because THC had asked for them as he was ghosting everyone he owed money to and nobody apart from me had his contact information.

4) This is a clear intention of vengeance from shy as he feels that I was the reason he was kicked, even though and stated in the dispute above it was not to do with me at all and he is doing all of this to try and get back at me.

Additional proof -> Today Shy Posting My Dox to my co-owner after messaging me this.




I covered the full info as that is actually my dox.

Proof that was shy on Jreed account.
