    Vouches are generally reserved for market transactions, as they are used by people to "gauge" your level of trust, so to speak. While it's nice to be helpful and do what you can for other people, it does not achieve the purpose of making you anymore trustworthy in terms of the market and handling real world money.

    Change in leadership, Added some subforums, Change in requirements, etc.

    These are just some, but as you have read already (I assume), more details can be found on the OP's post.
