laptop wont boot

earlier today my computer insisted on running disk check at the startup, i though "what harm could it do" so i did it, it said something like deleting the id [bunch of numbers] from file 9 and it did that for like an hour, then it said replacing security id with default security code [bunch of numbers agan] but in the middle of that my laptop carger cable fell out and my laptop turned off, now when i go to start up you see the little loading screen then it goes to a black screen with my mouse, help would be much appreciated, i already ran a system recovery with no change

 

Does it attempt to boot up and then it shuts down and continues to do that?

 

Get your windows operating system CD and run a repair installation. For info on how to do that, google it.

Can't figure it out? pay someone, lol.
