Responding to the 3 reasons as to why I got banned and explaining myself.

I offered Andy to join our server and give him admin perms, this gives access to our admin chats from the beginning of time (this leaves us fully exposed to anything we’d be hiding) & all channels necessary to see all the information he needed so he would understand why our ban was not necessary. unfortunately I received no response.

you dont gamble against lower ranked hosts. you gamble against the house, you can’t specifically target an individual host in the housepot. If a host wants to they could use .potlimit command and set their max housepot win / loss to ANY amount.

lower ranked hosts have lower max bet caps (you can also set your own max limit cap at any rank), and aren't involved in the betting for higher bets, it doesn't take more money from lower ranked hosts.

“engaged in malicious behavior through the use of alts in the server”

the reason why people play on alternate accounts, (not just ranks) is because of the rank up system we have, they do it for fun and get rewarded. The gaps get larger as the ranks increase. it takes GP to rank up also so it's at no unfair advantage to anyone who uses an alternate account.

To combat the issue we added a rule in to limit alternate accounts and created a command to link accounts together. Linked accounts cant occupy more than 1 in the same section on The weekly leaderboard (i.e top 1 and top 3 wagered) , which was previously possible.

“And to manipulate giveaways” giveaways are done with external bots we dont control. We don’t own Santa lunar or any of the giveaway bots so we can not manipulate giveaways.
