Twinz, Goldwyn dispute.

Hey, I'm writing in regards to the report that was ruled against me on 20/08/2022, I'm disputing this because 2/3 rulings Andy made were not only wrong, but do not make sense with how the casino works. I offered to give Andy roles of which he could check out everything in the server for himself and I got ignored which I feel like is also unfair because he could've seen everything for himself and all of this could've been avoided.

Here are the reasons to which my ban was applied;

"the use of alts in the server to artificially inflate activity levels"

This can be somewhat considered true, but the use of alts are not specifically intended to inflate activity levels whatsoever. Many people do use alts, this includes host ranks & bettors, in which we cannot control and don't have any rules against. There are many reasons for people using alts such as;
- Claiming multiple daily rewards from our daily chest feature, where a user can open a free chest every 24 hours for a free random reward.

- Go through the gem roles ranking system again; one of the reasons why people play on alternate accounts, (not just ranks) is because of the gem rank up system we have, they do it for fun and get rewarded. The gaps get larger as the ranks increase. it takes GP to rank up also, so it's at no unfair advantage to anyone who uses an alternate account.

- Not wanting to associate with others, while playing games, so they may take to using an alt account so they don't come off as ignorant if someone dm's them and see's them
playing the games in the server. Sometimes people want to play games without people knowing they are active...


"to gamble against lower ranked hosts"

You can't specifically gamble against lower ranked hosts, you gamble against the house/house pot where anyone who is ranked with recruit+ can enter.

here's a breakdown of the splits that ranks get, "to gamble against lower ranked hosts" means nothing, because every bet is split evenly against the amount of money they have in the house. (until ranks game max is reached)

There's no host advantage to us gambling in the server, we have negative odds like everyone else. Every bet is real and uses GP, there's no code to accept "fake bets". It takes the same amount to rank up on whatever account you're using, so there's no additional advantage no matter what account you are using.

"to manipulate giveaways."
This claim is the strangest, first off would such a thing even be ban worthy? If not then why include it. Secondly our giveaways use third party bots or are equally credited to everyone in the server, there is absolutely no way to manipulate either of these. We even have a monthly giveaway that separates ranks from non-ranks (and have a feature which excludes hosts no matter what account they use from the non-rank section)

Giveaways are used for promoting new games we release and also randomly do giveaways using third party bots santa lunar and giveawaybot, that sometimes require gem ranks and sometimes do not.

Hosts can enter giveaways but they are just entering the giveaway like anyone else, if the have the gem rank required to enter a certain giveaway its because they gambled enough to earn that gem rank.

None of our giveaways require payment to enter.
