Kips account disabled 18 hours later

Just a friendly heads up one of my customers has stated he purchased gold from kips and has yet to receive payment...

 

you forgot to mention the part where I refunded him.

It has charged me instantly when I issued refund, only to find out that the funds will clear on his end by tomorrow. Sept. 17, 2019. He agreed to this matter, saying he was fine with waiting for as long as I refunded him in full. This is Zelle issue, not mine. This guy threatens to do irl stuff, like finding where I live as if it's gonna speed up the refund process.

He was also aware of the fact that I needed to restock to be able to sell him the gold he needed.




The reason as to why I decided to issue a refund is because the only viable option/alternative at that moment was to sell him via PP.

Yeah not trying to get involved at all. Was just relaying what was sent to me via Discord. Just in case there was a possible mass scam quit. I personally dont give two fucks just figured you'd like to know everything going on.

 

OMG...Okay, so I feel like I need to stomp out this flame before it becomes a raging inferno. His claim that I somehow threatened him and therefore made him feel "uncomfortable" is unsubstantial.

His claim that I "threatened" him in such a that I would commit physical harm in some in any way shape or form, is complete false and taken entirely out of context. The statement I made; "we will find out where you live", which is what am I assuming he is referring to, is exactly what I meant. It was not so much of a threat as it was a god damn promise. "We", as in me involving my financial institution and possible law enforcement, would absolutely seek out the identity of any individual that commits a crime. Had I said "I", then it could be argued that I was committing, say, a death threat. But, I didn't! So yes, I would threaten anyone who tries to scam me with any and all legal action. It's nothing personal, just business.

Now am I calling him a scammer? As of now, no. Though I did initially mistakenly call him one mid-conversation due in part to my ignorance on the process of refunds. Upon receiving confirmation of said refund via my own financial institution, I saw my mistake. I was wrong, admitted it, and apologized. But, I retain my suspicion after realizing that said refund was not only delayed, but that it can be canceled at any point until the scheduled transaction occurs...

Again. I didn't threaten you with physical harm. I threatened legal action. I can attribute the adverse marking on your account to your inability to take into account your own failures as a legitimate seller:

1. claiming you had gold when in fact you didn't, thereby knowingly facilitating a fraudulent transaction
2. failing to consider the unnecessary wait-time you imparted on me, during which you provided continual assurance of "getting stock" to which you were never able to fulfill (a.k.a stalling..), then ignoring the matter at hand (delivering the gold you said you had) and, instead attempting to negotiate future purchases
3. playing victim by making unsubstantiated claims of "death threats", blaming me as the buyer for your DNT, posting personally identifiable information about the transaction, and name-calling is pretty much the worst way of going about conducting yourself here as a seller.

I'm sorry you got a DNT, but given your inability to conduct yourself in a civilized manner, even after I respectfully demanded a refund (telling me to "chill", whenever I asked about the delivery. You should know better as a seller that your actions, particularly during the delivery phase, can be easily deemed as suspicious. You made no attempt at quelling the inevitable, and here we are.

For what it's worth, I never mentioned "death threats" or anything, neither did I leak personal information. I completely blocked your last name and as for the phone number below your name, that is my bank's number. It just made me feel really uncomfortable when you said "you'll find out where I live," and were constantly calling me a scammer, having provided enough proof, vids/images that I issued a refund.

And you were aware beforehand, that I had to restock before being able to deliver your gold. You seemed fine with it.

 

UPDATE:

There is no longer a "CANCEL PAYMENT" option on my app now. He should be getting the $$ by now or tomorrow.

As per TOS @Kips does not have to refund.

Despite there being a perm ban for botting there is a chance it can be quashed. I have requested @Kips gets in touch with the OO and attempt to make an appeal to quash the bot ban (via account hijacked). I have previously done this on accounts of my own that have been perm banned for botting (botting was done by 3rd party). Please keep me updated regarding this matter.


DNT will be removed as soon as crzpaz confirms via discord. Thanks for the update though.
