Sorry if pictures are out of order. Kips and I agreed to exchange 125$~ of BTC for 140$ Zelle. He refused to show actual receipts, and only sent 108$~. He acknowledges something is wrong towards the end of the conversation, but refuses to send the rest of the BTC. He chalks it up to his fees and coinbases fees, as he didn't actually have the BTC and had to purchase. Only purchased 115$ BTC btw. I'm not sure what else I need to put in here, as I haven't done one of these before. Please give guidance as needed.

 

He sent me 140$ and I made it very clear to him that I'll take 10% and don't cover fees.

I sent him 115 bucks and was deducted 4.41 in fees. I asked him multiple times for his Zelle email so I can send the remaining $$ but he's just basically being an actual retard obviously

No. We agreed to 10% of what BTC I was purchasing, why would I pay fees on the additional money I send to pay for fees. I also payed for Bitcoin that you supposedly had, not that you had to buy. I'm not funding your purchases. Even at 14$ fees, that's 126$. It doesn't cost a dime to send anyone anything. This is on you, you didn't agree to a refund. You agreed to send me 125$ in BTC for 140$ Zelle

 

Incredibly unprofessional and terrible to deal with.

Yeah changing amounts after payment is kosher trading practice.

I wanted you to provide the BTC that I paid for.

 

Having learned from past history of users with repeated trading issues, Kips has been given a DNT which he will need to pardon for.

This issue needs to be resolved as well

 

As I said I agreed to a refund but he keeps on insisting that the 10% of 140 is 12.5 lmfao. I made it very clear that I won't be covering fees, but he wants the 125$ BTC in FULL which he obviously can't have considering the fees and such.

 

@video @Jason can I please get unDNTed now? This guy has been scamming people and has 0 intentions of having this issue resolved.

 

This poorly put together trade will have to be resolved if @Kips ever wishes to return to Sythe. Since @Netjak scammed, the funds will go towards the community repayment fund.
