Since the OP isn't the best at showing how the situation occurred, ill post this just to help Staff better understand the situation.

Original Transaction:

3abody1 sold 50M 07 to King for $40 WU after fees.

The payment was sent, available for pickup in Egypt.

3abody1 tried to pickup the transaction, but is on the WU blacklist and the transaction was put on hold and eventually returned to China. (now available to pickup from China Bank by King).

The current issue at hand:

Under normal circumstances, King could go to a WU location and pickup the $ that was refunded through WU, but that is not the case. King claims he will have to pay $50 for a Taxi to get to China Bank to reclaim the money which then he could offer a different payment. If you're regularly sending WU's and receiving them, regardless of if the bank handles the actual accounts used; don't you think it's a little silly to be a $50 taxi ride away from any means of fixing a transaction which incurred an error? Just my 2 cents.

Possible Solutions?:

1) 3abody1 was blacklisted, it's his fault for the transaction being refunded.

2) King tries a little bit more diligently at finding a means of getting this fixed. He stated this has never happened before where a payment was refunded like this, so how is the ultimate answer after only two lines of text "It will cost a $50 taxi ride to fix."

3) WU has a policy where a transaction not collected in a certain amount of time is automatically disbursed back into the sender's account. Possibly wait out this time and proceed from there?

That's all that there was. I helped him clarify things because he isn't entirely fluent in English, and I thought he was probably scammed by an imposter but wasn't.
